THE INNERMOST ...
━━and the larger of the natural satelites of mars. the other being Deimos. Both moons were discovered in 1877 by American astronomer Asaph Hall. Phobos is a small, irregularly shaped object with a mean radius of 11 km and is seven times more massive than the outer moon, Deimos.

HERE COMES PHOEBUS .. !!
long live brother of despair; he who watches over she !
THE HUMAN FORM ㅤof phobos was given the name ㅤPHOEBUS.ㅤㅤthis name, however, wasn't determined by the moon itself. instead, it was given by a lass named ㅤCLARICE HALL.ㅤhis supposed caretaker in Earth, which he did not admit. Phoebus lives in her two-story building, the first floor was used as a pub, loitered with people across the country; for business or to seekㅤ answers.

PERSONALITY ㅤ... ㅤㅤPhoebus is a man who carried himself with rough & tough look. he spoke with straight-forward words, the man known with his tendency to hurt other's feelings, accidentally or not, with his words alone. he simply thought he's being honest and not beating around the bush. Phoebus is a master of expressing his anger; but when it comes to feelings that are more delicate and soft, Phoebus certainly couldn't. he used to do some tough love, instead. he also what people might say as someone who loves his family so much.

CYROKINESIS.ㅤㅤ
PHOEBUS ㅤcan create, shape and manipulate ice, water frozen into a solid state and appears naturally in forms of ㅤsnow, slush, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and polar ice caps, and cold ㅤ by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, for various effects and combinations.
* phoebus could only manipulate cold that radiates from his ice.
SUPER-SPEED & FLIGHT.ㅤㅤ
PHOEBUS ㅤcan move faster than humanly possible. While most people can move at 12-15 miles per hour while sprinting, a possessor of super-speed can move much faster with (usually) a minimum of effort. because of him being a celestial being, he could flight / float in the air naturally.
FEAR MANIPULATION.ㅤㅤ
PHOEBUS, ㅤbeing named after the god of fear and panic, also earned its ability; to manipulate one's fear, dread, and panic. this power works better when his target feared him. he could amplify, or decrease said emotions as he wished. phoebus capable of sending someone into insanity through their panic. he has range limit, within the radius of 2 km. his influence went weaker when his target wasn't directly on his sight.
